LinkGather - To Export WordPress Links



This plugin for WordPress will allow you to export the URLs for all your blogs posts in CSV style.

Go and get the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the address below:

Now you have installed and activated the plugin, you can start using it.

Walkthrough


A new link on the menu side of your WordPress admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this tab option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available to you:

When you click on the Home option, this will navigate to the plugins home page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links menu to move you to the page that will display all of your websites published posts’ URL's. Note that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few URLs in it.

You will now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the URL's table, you will see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post links you have.

You then also have the ability to download the posts in CSV format.

Page Links


The instructions above is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of showing back published URLs, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack ShortLinks


The option for JetPack ShortLinks is again exactly the same procedure as those above, however, JetPack URLs are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those URL.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just get more info pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links menu will bring back all those JetPack ShortLinks that it has gathered:
