WordPress Plugin – LinkGather



This plugin for WordPress gives you the ability to export the URL's for all your websites posts in Google Spreadsheets format.

Download the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, also you can just go to the URL below:

LinkGather Plugin

Once you have installed and activated the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.

Guide


A new tab on the menu side of your WordPress portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hovering over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available for you:

Click on the Home link, this will go to the plugins home page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Push the Post Links title to navigate you to the page that will reveal all of your blogs published posts’ URL. Note that for the purposes of this instruction, we are using our demo test site with just a few links LinkGather Plugin in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the link table, you should see that LinkGather has also added up how many post URL you have.

You then also have the option to download the articles in Excel style.

Page Links


The instructions above is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of bringing back published URLs, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack ShortLinks


The option for JetPack Links is again exactly the same method as those above, but, JetPack URL's are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those links.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.
